The Center is located in Lisbon, São Vicente, in the typical Graça neighborhood and it was founded in 2014.
It was opened with the mission of providing classes in IYENGAR Yoga method, valuing the quality of teaching and honoring the Master´s knowledge.

The center is equipped with all the necessary material for IYENGAR Yoga practice.

The room is equipped with underfloor heating that allows more comfort in the colder seasons.
Certified Teachers
All teachers are certified in IYENGAR Yoga.
