Welcome to the first workshop with Lois in Portugal.

Lois Steinberg (Ph.D., CIYT 4, C-IAYT) has over four decades of extensive studentship with the Iyengars at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune. Lois is the director of Iyengar Yoga Champaign-Urbana , Illinois, USA. She is the author of numerous books and articles. She served on the IYNAUS board and the Certification Committee and continues to serve as an assessor and chair of the Therapy Committee.

Schedule:

Friday – 6:00 – 8:00 pm Asana

Saturday – 8:30 – 9:30 am Pranayama; 10:00 – 12:30 Asana ; 4:30 – 6:30 pm Asana

Sunday – 8:30 – 11:30 am Asana and Pranayama

Price: 260€

After registration you will receive  an Email with all the information regarding payment and the props to bring.

A regular practice in Iyengar Yoga is recommended for attending the workshop.

The payment will not be refundable, just in case there is someone to take your place!
